KSA #1-- Contextual Variables
Description: contextual variables affect teaching and learning. Teachers know how to analyse many variables at one time, and how to respond by making reasoned decisions about their teaching practice and students’ learning
During my practicums I was given plenty of opportunities to adapt to the contextual variables presented by my schools and students. These practicums all differed greatly in that all four schools were quite different situations. What worked at one school would not certainly work at another. I was able to learn and adapt my teaching practices to be effective in each of the situations presented to me in these practicums.
